Founded in 2014 with the goal of providing a safer alternative for adult smokers, US Army Veteran James Kim and entrepreneur Jon Lee created Kilo E-Liquids, which breaks through the vape industry by introducing long awaited premium quality e-liquids.

In 2016, Kilo E-Liquids collaborates with two like minded industry titans, Ruthless Vape and Cosmic Fog, to create a new line of e-liquids, Hall of Fame E-Liquids (HOF), with a mission to raise at least one million dollars towards vape advocacy. Kilo E-Liquids also co-founds California's first Vape Trade Association: California Smoke Free Organisation (CSFO) with contributions to Smoke Free Alternatives Trade Association (SFATA).
